As an Area Recruiter at IFind Staffing, my role is to connect with people and help guide them toward opportunities that fit their skills, goals, and experience. Recruiting is about more than filling positions. It is about understanding people, communicating clearly, and helping them take the next step.

Every day looks a little different in this role, whether I’m speaking with candidates, following up with employees, or helping match people with the right job. I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, reliable, and consistent when working with others.
