I Find Staffing is based in Detroit and works directly with employers to understand their staffing needs, recruit candidates, prepare employees and provide ongoing workforce support.
Our work continues after placement. IFS stays involved through scheduling, attendance coordination, employee communication, replacement needs and weekly onsite property check-ins.
Detroit is our home base, not our boundary. Our operating model is built to support growth and additional staffing contracts as opportunities develop.
