As CEO of IFind Staffing, this year has reminded me how important it is to keep building with purpose. I started IFind with the goal of creating opportunities for people, and that mission continues to guide every step we take.

For me, IFind has always been more than just staffing. It is about trust, hard work, and giving people a chance to grow. Every employee, client, and team member plays a part in what we are building, and I’m proud of the connections we continue to make.

This year, my focus is to keep strengthening our team, supporting the people who count on us, and growing IFind in a way that stays true to who we are. I’m grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey, and I look forward to everything we will continue to accomplish together.
