As part of the HR team at IFind Staffing, my role is to help support employees and make sure people are aligned with the right opportunities. I’ve learned that HR is not just about paperwork or processes, but also about communication, understanding people, and helping things move in the right direction.

My goal is to continue growing within the company while also growing personally and professionally. I hope to keep learning, build stronger connections, and be someone our employees and team can rely on.
